We’ll travel to Guanabacoa, the cradle of Afro-Cuban culture in Havana. Here, you’ll meet a “Babalawo” – the highest priest of Santeria. He will perform a cleansing ritual and share the profound wisdom of Afro-Cuban religions and how we have kept it alive from generations.

Savor the flavors of typical Afro-Cuban cuisine under the sacred Ceiba tree, while enjoying live music and a captivating dance performance. Sip on Aguardiente, a traditional beverage used in Afro-Cuban rituals, enhancing your cultural immersion.

Afterwards, we return to the Beyond Roots store, the first and only Afro-Cuban style shop in Cuba. Explore a space dedicated to celebrating Afro-Cuban identity, offering unique products crafted by local talents. Here, you can support and uplift the community.
